Subject: lifetime fitness tri
i'm doing the sprint this weekend in mn. coming in from st. louis, where the water is much warmer. anyone know an approximate water temp these days in lake nokomis?

I was in a Lake just north on Minneapolis at the weekend. Someone claimed the water temp there was 78! Last time I was there for the Lifetime (as a spectator) the water was very warm.
