I'm in the Springs and am going to get a ride in this afternoon, where would be a good place? Preferably a path on/off the street and not a lot of turns so i don't get lost? I'm pretty much staying at Dublin and Powers area.

I like to ride on 24 Judge Or Rd/Pyton Hwy or Callahan.  HWY 24 has a huge shoulder then I’ll ride to Pyton HWY or Callahan HWY depending on how far I want to go.  Then I normally come back to 24 on Judge Or RD.  All the roads except HWY 24 maybe 5 to 15 vehicles will pass me during my time on them.  So safe as far as cars but you are out their by yourself.  Lots of rolling hills one big one if you gout to Callhan and many false flats.  I just don’t like riding where there are lots of Cars. You could even come up Woodmen to HWY 24.  Woodmen once past Powers has a good shoulder.  Hope that helps.

Heading out Woodman toward Falcon (east, away from the mountains) and then hang a right on 24 and keep going until you want to turn around is a good shoulder.  Kind of boring scenery but you cant really get lost.  Another popular place is the AF Academy.  you just need any ID card (drivers licence works fine) then you can do loops around the base and get some good hills in.  Go north on staduim drive, at the end of it head left towrd the mountains and then it will curve around.  and eventually loop back to stadium blvd.  it has better scenery but can be windy and hilly if you aren't used to it.
