IRONMAN TRAINING RIDE- Time to get that one last big ride in this weekend. 6:30 am Elite Cycling. Ride is 112 mile with 3 drink stops on the way out, 1 at the turn around point and 3 on the way back home. Ride at your own pace or with others. Great rout for Ironman Louisville, Ironman Wisconsin and 70.3 Branson.
