Does anyone know anything about the new Tommaso bike company?  are their products of good quality.  I understand that their frames are made by a company in taiwan (atleast the carbon TT frames) however I don't know which taiwanese company.  I also know that they picked up a sponsored athlete for the 2010 season.  I would like any info about the new company and what their product quality is like.

Well just like about 98% of all carbon bikes, yes it is made in Tawain by Giant or Marteck (which Giant owns a majority of) I believe and I am checking the sounce right now.

However they are not new. They were Founded in 1985.

I have a 2007 tommaso trascinare (full carbon) and have had zero issues with it.  I am on my 3rd season with it and over 2500mi.  Got mine through Randall Scott Cycle and their customer service has been great.

I think Tomasso is older than that, even, though I don't have any sources. An old Italian maker of traditional steel road and track frames (I had a track frame of theirs for a year), that was bought by a mass-marketer at some point...

I thought they were older as well but apparently was wrong.

and it is made by Martec along with these other fine frames:

Kestrel, Kuota, Orbea, Schwinn, Cannondale and shhhh some Trek's
