Subject: WTT - Shimano Tiagra - left shifter/brifter
You have:

Shimano Tiagra or higher double front/left shifter.

I have:

Shimano Tiagra triple front/left shifter (model # ST-4403) AND triple front crankset 52/42/30 - 175mm (FSA Vero) AND bottom bracket (68mm English square taper) - all with ~2000 miles and in excellent working order. Some mild scratches on the shifter top from turning the bike upside down once or twice, and aesthetic damage to the crank arms from removal (they were stubborn). Everything still 100% functional.
