Subject: pulled groin again what am I doing wrong so here is the deal. evertime I squat I pull my left groin or I feel it about to pull so I stop with that set. only happens on my second set. My first set of 15 goes without a hitch. then all be damn the second set rep number 2 I have to stop it early becuase I feel my left groin pull. I keep my legs about shoulder width apart and toes straight forward. any answers would help thanks. |
