Subject: Blood Pressure Down
I know this isn't about wieght but in a round about way it is. For years I have had borderline high blood pressure. My doc told me to check it frequently at the local drug store and if it went up between yearly physicals to come back in. It doesn't - it just hung there in the 130/90 range. Today I checked in and it was down to 119/79. Granted that is the high end of normal but is is down. I think the training is actually paying off (as well as the better diet!)

Congrats! It is about weight loss and improving your cardiovascular system.

I had an EKG done a couple of weeks ago (my Dr. does them regularly because of my father's heart condition). He chased me down checking out to tell me that the OLD one was normal (from a year ago), but that the NEW one was even better!

It is really cool to get clinical feedback like that. It lets you know that all of this is worth it!
