Watched once, in like-new condition.  Let Coach Troy take you on a 56 mile one-loop workout filmed on the actual Lake Placid course.  The video features all the climbs, descents, and technical portions of the course... great for someone who is not able to preview the course in training (why I bought it).  A great workout too (rated at level 9.0 by Spinervals).

DVD costs $31 at Amazon right now, I'll ship it to the lower 48 for $20 even.
