I just wanted to pass along that I started a new forum specifically for personal trainers and fitness minded people.

I know many of you are PT's and/ or fitness minded people and I would love for you to join the forum and really be able to use it to help you train harder, smarter and longer.
My goal is to help spread fitness to the world and I know the triathlon community is the spearhead for that movement
