Subject: 50 days till my 1st Tri
Well...I'm 50 days in and the Tri is 50 days out.
Next weekend I'm going to be doing a half tri...750swim, 6.1 bike and 1.6 run...
Two weeks later I'm going to do each element alone 10% greater than the race distance.
Two weeks later I'm going to do 75% full distance together.....

then the race.


After the race, I'm getting a triathlete tattoo...My life has been changed.

I am looking for something to commemorate my jump into this life but I am thinking jewelry instead of tat.

What exactly and where is this new ink going to go? I love ink. There is an awesome Tat place that I ride by on my bike route and the owner lives around the corner and has bumper stickers on her car so I think about another one a lot.

What I'll get isnt a question any more...but where i'll put it....geesh....I dunno...

I started with the obvious places.. ankle...arm...blah blah bloring.

Then I thought...top of foot...OUCH....back of calf...

hmm...

The two things it must have...I MUST be able to see it...why get one and not see it...and I MUST be able to cover it...work related...

back of the calf is a definite possibility
