Still on the hunt for my first bike, I found this on craigs and was wondering about the size.  I'm 5'3-5'4 and i've never seen a 43cm bike.  All the bikes I find are way to big for me, is this too small for me. The guy said he bought it for someone who's 5'2.  I talked him down to $400 so your input is def needed.  Thanx everyone

Do yourself a favor and go to a bike shop that sells the bike for a proper fit. Performance Bike has it for $599 and probably in your size.
