I run 25 now but for race tires I think I'll drop down to 23.  I'll need new tubes though so I guess I should just grab some latex and see how it goes.

This year, I flatted 3 times. Twice in races and one in training. I switched to Bontrager RaceXLite Pro clinchers from GP4000s tires. But all of my flats - over the last seven years, in fact - have been rear tire. So I put a Gatorskin on the rear and will give it a try. That's only 1/2 the Crr penalty, right?

Man that's bad luck getting flats in two races in one year.
Both flats right before/after turn-around. First race was DNF but 2nd I had a strong negative split (10min rest didn't help my time but helped my legs!)
