Subject: best training approach to back to back sprint Tri's Hi, this is my first thread post so please bear with me. This month (Jan ) I have 3 Tri's and a cycling event that I would like to do. essentially they are a week apart. I was hoping for some feedback on how to tackle recovery, training (key sessions to squeeze in ) and the taper (assuming it will be short ). I just completed the first sprint try today. I have another sprint next Sunday and then the cycling event followed by a modified longer sprint/middle distance tri. |
