Feel good about my run considering I didn't think I would even run it after being the sickest I have ever been that I can remember for the entire week leading up to.
Would have been well under 50 if I was healthy- I truly believe that. Was pacin 430kms until 7K then started losing time.
Mother's day run loook out!
