Porrige for breakfast with jam, cup of coffee and fresh oj. Packed my kit bag and got my kit on 1hr 30min prior to race and made my way to Dorney Lake. Once at Dorney 45min before the race starts i registered and went back to the car to keep warm
Slow jog and opening up the joints followed by a good leg stretch. another jog followed by high knees and heel kicks. another stretch followed by some short sprints.
