should this plan create strength workouts or are we on our own for that? Also, when do the bricks start. My Race is in July, and I started training in February.
Right now, strength workout are on your own. That is a future update. You have a brick scheduled in mid June. I see that you are on a 2x balanced plan which doesn't afford a lot of bricks. If you feel you need some more brickwork, in the last 4 weeks of your plan, just tack on a 10-20minute run at the end of one of your bike rides every week and you will be fine.
