Subject: Lake swimming in central Texas right now?
I live way up in the northern part of Texas. I am looking for a lake maybe as far south as the Dallas area that I can get some open water swimming in. Any idea? I would be willing to travel some distance and need to find a lake with a decent water temp in the next two weeks.

There is a group that swims at Joe Pool year round I think...typically once a week but at least once a month from what I understand.  Have not personally joined them yet but I intend to in the next few weeks for sure
