Who knew ice still exists on 50*F days?  But just to clarify, i only fell because 3 others fell in front of me, the other 16 people in the front of the paceline made it through ok.

thank you all!  yes, i have a 6in stainless steal plate and a few screws in my left radius.  no carbon, though - something about carbon fiber not being bio-compatible with the human body.

i am hoping 6 weeks at most before no cast, but with a dislocated wrist and torn ligaments with the fracture, i wont know for sure.
