Subject: Unplanned break in trainingHi, I have triathlon in 3 and half weeks from now. I was following program from BT. Last weekend I pulled my hamstring during football tournament (soccer ), and I will hopefully resume my training this coming weekend. What is the best thing to do, after almost 10 days break, do program as planned, so one more week of training and then tapering, or change this training as if this was race B and start preparing for next race in September.
