Subject: 100 runs in 100 days

I figured I'd post this since it came up in another post.  I started a quest to run "100 runs in 100 days", and if you'd like to follow my quest, here's my blog:  www.jens100runs.blogspot.com

It's been a bit of an adventure so far - today is day 15 - it's been slow (and so am I) but I'm getting back into shape, and once our pool opens next month, I can add the swimming and then the biking in so that I'll be ready for the Sprint tri I want to do in the fall.   My 100 days takes me to the end of July.  

I've been looking forward to my daily runs, and it's becoming a habit...
