Subject: 5 runs per week
When I put 5 runs per week in it wants me to do (1) long, (2) Medium, and (2) short. I'd prefer (1) long, (1) Medium, and (3) short. 

Is it possible to change it up that way? 

Obviously, doing the same thing with bike and swim could be necessary for some too.

No...you would have to manually adjust one of the medium runs to a short run after import...which wouldn't be that hard via the planned training editor.

FWIW, what plan distance are you trying to create?

I want to plan a HIM with a run focus.

Edit: Can I "Un-import" after I import a plan?  Just curious in case I don't like it

Sure, you would just go into your 'planned' calendar or blog and use the copy/move/delete link to delete the date range.
