Comments:

Ran really well. Was just going to cruise, but not many top people in the race. So I decided to go for it. But like usual I saw my first mile split (5:18) and I lost it a little. Lost some spots. But picked it up the last mile. Great finish. Legs felt really good.
What would you do differently?:

Get rid of mile splits. Always loses me mentally.

Enjoyed the race. I think I could have won but who knows. Lots of things would have had to happen. Lost by about a minute. So who knows what could have happened
