Pre-race routine:

Woke up about 3 hours before, drank some water, had a banana, ate some coffee. About 2 hours before had a bagel with some butter.

Comments:

I felt pretty good! I wasn't expecting a great result due to plantar fasciitis, but it stayed almost pain free until the end. I started a little fast but mostly felt great throughout!
What would you do differently?:

A little slower in the beginning, a little faster in the end.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Plantar Fasciitis. Less training due to being sick in April and vacation to Mexico.

Brian Harms is my favourite local race! It's my 3rd time doing it and already I cannot wait until next year!
