HOTS-Heart of the Sound, Seattle Sprint Tri Aug 27th

It's my first tri after recovering from a dislocated shoulder in February and mono in April and May. Feels like my first time!! I will miss my training buddy Jasmine this year after our successful races last summer (Reebok Women's Sprint and Black Diamond Sprint), but my buddies Scott and Neil will be out there with me this time. Any others heading out to Vashon Island this weekend? If so, good luck!!
