Comments: Very hilly course which wasnt expected. Luckily had done some hill training recently. Felt i ran very well for first run race. What would you do differently?: Try to get more training in, decided to do race only few weeks before event. Post race
Warm down: Stretches. Rode home 30mins followed by more stretches. What limited your ability to perform faster: very cold muscles due to having to start on start line for a very long time. Last updated: 2011-05-08 12:00 AM

Bowl of muesli and a coffee, then cycled 30mins to race start.
Cycle was meant to be warm up but we had to stand on starting line for a long time, muscles were very cold by race start.
