Comments:

5K PR by more than a minute. Pushed it from the beginning to see what I could shoot for next Sunday for the Hot Chocolate 5K. My goal was to get under an 8:00 min/mile pace and I did! Nice way to start Thanksgiving. Dressed a little too warmly. I would have been better off with a vest than a jacket.
