See my planned running workout:

45m5.70 miles-----

Warmup: 10 minutes /1.30 miles

HR Zone: 1RPE: 3-4
Warmup at a slow and easy pace.

Main Set:25m /3.10 miles

Set #1 12m / 1.50 miles
Speed/Efficiency
Intervals: 8x0.5' on 1' rest
Strides/Cadence: These are short interval repeats at a 5K pace with recovery in-between. Try to focus on getting 45 left footstrikes per minute or 90 combined

Set #2 13m / 1.62 miles
Endurance
HR Zone: 1-2 RPE: 5-6
This is an endurance run on a course that is flat or with gentle rolling hills.

Cooldown: 10 minutes /1.30 miles

HR Zone: 1 RPE: 3-4
Cooldown at a slow and easy pace. A good cooldown is very important to bring your heart-rate down before stopping completely and to prevent stiffness. You can also add some walking to the end of your cooldown.

Look at the warm up paces, then in set two the endurance workout pace.  Basically, its calculating my warm up and cool down paces at 7:41 for HRZ1, but for an endurance workout of zone 1-2, a slower pace of 8:00/mile.

My input race pace was 8:00/mile, if I remember correctly.

Also, is there a way to go back and double check my input paces, or update them mid-plan?

This is something we may have to 'correct' on our end as it may be causing some confusion.  We do list the distance for bike and runs - but more for a 'gauge' so you know as a rough approximation how many miles the workout will be so you can pick an appropriate route.

You should be going by time and the HR zones only for the run and bike, and then distance for the swim.  The HR zones will correctly set your pace for the workout or interval.

Gotcha, thanks.

Is there a way to export the current plan to csv, so I can manipulate it, or view it differently with a different calendar system?

Ron, Am I missing the tutorial on this?  How can I export the plan that comes out of the custom plan creator so I can manipulate it with other calendar systems, or even modify the plan manually.  For example, since the distances are just a wag for run/bike, I'd like to edit it out completely.  Its confusing and distracting for me.  Not to mention, its not at all accurate, for me.
