Subject: Upload the whole data from the 310 XT

Hi

I just did a triathlon here in Mexico and I just don't know how to update my log,

can somebody tell me how can I upload the whole three sports from the 310 XT to the training log?, or should I do it one by one?

You need to plug the USB device into your computer and it will automatically transfer the data from your Garmin to the training software (providing you downloaded it).

Thank You, I just find out the problem, instead of presing the lap button i was presing the pause the whole race.
