Depends what your goals are, but 3-4 runs per week should do you just fine. Pure runners, as opposed to triathletes, will often run 5, 6 or even 7 days per week, but 3-4 of their weekly runs are just short, easy paced runs. You should be doing plenty of cross training (i.e., swimming and cycling), so you don't need to pile in the mileage on the run.
Leading up to my first half marathon earlier this year, my weekly run mileage was around 20-25 miles, with one long 13 mile run two weeks before the race (and several 10+ mile runs before that). I only run 3-4 times per week, mostly because my legs need to recover from the pounding. I USUALLY try to stick to a minimum 36 hours between two run sessions, but it's not always possible, or sometimes I just feel like running again.
Looking at your logs, I'd recommend that you do 2 or 3 of your weekly runs the same way you are now. Then use your 3rd or 4th weekly run to mix things up a bit. Either try to add a little distance beyond 3 miles each time, or mix in some speed work like mile repeats, fartleks, strides, whatever floats your boat, or maybe some hill work.
Do you not track your biking and swimming on BT though?
I do track them here but i only track when i actually ride outdoors and open water swims, when i swim in a pool i dont mainly because i cannot keep track...and i mostly just do drills. Bike i usually ride indoors on my spin bike and i have no idea how far i am riding just time, i need to get something to track my distance for the spin bike...
