Left goggle filled up with water. Must not have been breathing well, got real bad side stitches.
What would you do differently?:

I dunno anymore about my open water swimming. I need to practice in open water much more, just not many places to do that around here.

What would you do differently?:

Get more run training. My running still hasn't matured very much since changing run gait.

Warm down:

Walk around, walked to find dad, ran back to the finish line giving him motivation.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Swim goggles filling with water, not breathing well during swim. Still new at new run gait, so more miles under the belt, and more speed work for sure.
