Stoney Creek, MI on 9/11

I am! Have you done it before? I am getting some contradicting info regarding how hilly the course is. One said dead flat/fast. Another deceiving rolling hills. This will be my last tri race this year so I am excited. I am resuming my running-focused training after this.

You did Island Lake of Novi, didn't you? How did you like it?

Also doing Stoney on Sunday, last tri of the season. I ride this course at least 3 times a week and it is definitely not flat. Yes, it is fast and has a few rolling hills. With the lake in the middle it is very common to have a tailwind one half of the course and a headwind the other. Good fun to ride.

There are a bunch of MI Mafia doing this one (or spectating). I believe that trixie, mitrigirl, rkreuser and nliedel will be there at least. I'll be doing the sprint tri.
