Subject: Detailed training plans AND offseason training I have used the basic training plans here and they have given me some guidance. Without getting a coach where can I get a detailed training plan that focuses on increasing speed and performance rather than just finishing. Second question, the end of my race season is approaching why do you all do in the offseason? Is there an offseason guide or plan? Do you lay low? I know there has to be plans as well as strategies that have worked. Help me out! |
