1:08, holy cow! I just set my PB at 1:26...so the secret is not to use your legs?

Great work, Mallory! 

This isn't the first of this class (no pun intended) of story that I've read, all inspiring and heartwarming, but while they are great I almost fear to read them because I know there will be some time in the future, in the pool or jogging down the road, tired and not giving it my all, that I will remember this article and this emotionless, heartless voice inside my head will say NO EXCUSES!
