Subject: Fatty Exec on the path to WA Ironman

Hi Alll - a rookie starting at age 39.....mid life crisis?  No not at all, have fallen to really enjoy the sport.

T minus 65 days till my First Ironman.... A bit worried but ploughing ahead. Down to 101kgs (from 104.5) and aiming to have race weight at 94kgs.......time will tell.
