Subject: whole grain question ok so i have been reading this book and of course the nutrition chapter comes up, eat fruit, eat veg, eat lean protein and then eat whole grain. so i go to the store and look at the bread isle, i see a handful of breads saying whole grain. but the real question is how do i know what im looking for. i mean with the tricky "big buisness" labeling tactics, how do i know which whole grain bread is what i should be eating. is there an easy way to tell if one loaf is lying? should i look at the ingrediants? a little help please. thanks |
