I was thrilled to run the whole thing with no major ankle, ITBS or gut issues. Now I would like to work on improving my time!

Performance: Good
Wanted to complete it in under 30 minutes, got just over. Shot for the stars, got the sky. No ITBS issues and ankle held up nicely. First mile was 8:34, so I slowed a little. Second mile was 20:13 - apparently slowed too much!! Ran the whole thing - much easier with no biking or swimming before the run!
Course: Downtown to university parks into Baylor's campus back to U. P. to downtown.
