Pre-race routine:

Rode bus downtown with CCR and hung out at the dome. Ate banana and Powerbar, bagel with PB and lots of water.

Comments:

Wore shorts, tshirt and a running shirt over. Was perfect. Shoes were Saucony Grid Trigon, too tight on toes, got blisters on little toes. Used the fruit gels and they worked good, supplemented with PowerBars. Drank water at every water stop. Race organizers ran out of PowerAid, none for me.
What would you do differently?:

Not carry my own water in such a big (North Face) pack. Would use a single pack.

Warm down:

Could barely move my feet hurt so bad.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Knee injury. Took 12 Advil to get through the race.
