First lap was good, but my pace dropped significantly during the second.
What would you do differently?:

Go out a bit slower - 6'54 for the first mile wasn't the best idea I've ever had.

Subject: Kingston Running Festival
I'm pretty pleased with my first run over 13miles - my targets had been 1h45 for the 1/2mara last weekend, and 2h10 for the 16miles this weekend, but after my result last week (1h37) I really wanted to break 2hrs, didn't quite make it so disappointed, but then again I was nearly 8mins faster than my original target.
