Subject: Is my metabolism slowing down? When I started to change my eating habits from your standard couch potato (McDs and fast food ) to that of a reasonable healthy adult, I was struggling to make it 2-3 hours between meals. In fact, I recently posed the question about eating to sustain satiety.
Well, in the past 2 weeks, my level of hunger has dropped to the point that I no longer crave my between meal snacks. I eat my normal breakfast of smart start and OJ then I'm solid until I have a sandwich at lunch. After lunch, around 3-4pm I would get really hungry and need a snack, but recently I've been good to go until about 6pm when it is time for dinner.
I've done really well to drop weight so far and am afraid that my weight loss will plateau if my metabolism starts to drop.
