Good article on using a CompuTrainer and Spinscan to do a bike fit and analyze pedal technique.

I did a couple of  SpinScan sessions last year at the LBS when I bought my new Cannondale.  We did an initial set up, and then a couple of monthly follow-up sessions to fine-tune things after I had a few hundred miles under my belt.  It really made a big difference in my comfort & performance on the bike.  I would highly recommend it.
