Races around Cincinnati/Columbus/Northern Kentucky

Expert  957   |  Subject: Races around Cincinnati/Columbus/Northern KentuckySo I have a friend who now lives in the Cincinnati area. Since I cannot justify driving all that way just to see this friend, I need some other excuse to take a trip out to that area this summer, i.e. a race. So I am wondering are there any good races, at least Olympic-distance or longer, that are somewhere in the Cincinnati/Columbus/Northern Kentucky area? |

Great pre and during race party, great mint juleps, and pretty hats on the ladies! Thats the best excuse to visit that part of the world! |

| Extreme Veteran 477 | Subject: RE: Races around Cincinnati/Columbus/Northern Kentucky HFP racing, that was mentioned above, has many races throughout Ohio (and beyond). I have been to several of their races and they are always very well run and the prices are right. The people that run HFP seem to be great people and you will not be disappointed in their events. They have races of all distances and they have a series that runs in OH state parks...they run sprint and olympic distances in this series. I've also seen a website...www.fatrabbitracing.com...that has races in those areas but I have not done any of their events...yet...I'm thinking of doing the Great Lake Escape or the Columbus Int'l. |
