Really need to work on my freestyle endurance

Need to work on cadence. Very happy with performance of bike. Started to cramp in calf muscles towards the end, not sure why as this has never happened before...electrolytes?

Was still cramping from bike leg which hampered first 1.5km of run, very frustrating. Happy with the run home though.

Need to work on bricks of bike and run.
