Comments:

My knee started hurting at about 2 1/2 miles. I was really bummed because I really felt like I could've run farther and faster if not for the knee. I hope I haven't done anything serious. That will really kill my snow skiing trip at the beginning of March. The only thing that got me through the last mile was the guy from Metairie that just had the pace maker put in - I couldn't even keep up with him in the last stretch. Stupid knee.
Post race
Warm down:

1/2 banana & 2 beers - breakfast of champions.

Event comments:

Couldn't hang around for the post race activities - had to get to the hair dresser for the Mardi Gras Ball tonight.

I should have worn my BT shirt to this one also so I could meet any other BT'ers ... Good job on the race and also a good job on coming out even though it was nasty.
