disappointment/stroke

thanks for all your input... second opinion it is... my sister-in-law (a nurse) also suggested that, and she's been helping me thru my training since my stroke (she's been wonderful)... (we're - - she's been doing sprints for a while - she's going to try a full marathon in '04) gonna start with a local 5km runs and progress from there.... again thnx for all the support thru this website... I sure do appreciate it
