looks like a sprint followed by several olympics right?  u race age group or elite?  good luck in december craigO! hey...it just got REAL cold here...send us ohions some of that brisbane weather! 

Got that right, I am racing age group, only doing them at work at the moment, sprint, just got my running, 2.4km down to 9min 5 sec, 5km down to 18min, 10km just sitting on 40 mins, and did 80 km on the bike sunday. Bit of work to do yet.

See what I can do about the weather, its been around 25 deg since 0600 this morn.

Saw on the news here the "Croc Hunter" is looking for new recruits to come over here from the States for a new reality show, ya going to have a crack ???!!!!

I sent in my application for the Croc hunter reality show. I figure it is my best chance to get to Australia. What I wouldn't do for the 25 degree. The other night it was 25 degree farenhiet here about minus 2 degrees for you.

Good luck buddy, its a great place to come. Im looking to travel to the States late next year/05. I think I didnt have the temp right, I forgot you guys work in farenhiet, we work in degree C. So its actually top weather for training sunlight from 0500 to 1900hrs
