Expert 615   Brisbane |  Subject: Warm up warning - Busted ankle aheadPicture this -7 degrees celcius, crisp to say the least. thought i'd warm up before talking my huskys for a scooter run. And this is the end result of a 2 km jog warm up. Spent rest of the weekend with RICE.
