This was a fun run. I caught up to a few people on the way up the hill. And the way down was more me trying to go slow enough that I didnt tumble head over hill!!

The end of the bike course was very sketchy as to where to turn on a few roads. I almost made a completely worng turn!!!

I had a Marine Corps Combat Water Survival class going on 2 days before the race, in which I was in full war gear for about 7 hours. I was a little burnt for the swim.

Great race.  Those hills will get you every time.  At least you know what to work on.  So are you not recommending 7 hrs in full gear a couple of days before a race?  You did great.
