WTB: 56 cm frame/fork on the cheap (prefer steel)

Like it says - looking to buy a 56cm frame/fork on the cheap. I'd love
to find something in steel, but open to anything. I'd also prefer a
1-1/8 in threadless headset.

I'm also cleaning out my closet - some things to trade or make part of
the deal I have:
2007 Lemond Buenos Aires Ultegra/105 (have either stock 105 std crank
or SRAM S900 compact)
Old PD Aero drink
bento box
45.5 Sidi T2 shoes with a year's use on them
Cervelo style x-lab

Obviously, additional money either way depending on the deal. I'm also
just fine with buying the frame outright. I'm near Baltimore for
shipping/local pickup possibility.
