For the past few weeks I've had pain during and after my run in my ankle area. Specifically, the inside of my ankle. If you put two fingers around the ankle bone and move your fingers up a few inches, that's where it hurts.
I ran 12 miles yesterday and it wasn't bad during the run or right after. A few hours later it was hard to walk it hurt so bad then it went away and it's fine. I'm going to try and run Tuesday...
Any thoughts? Tendonitis? Shin splints? Stress fracture?
Just a guess, but from what I've learned, that sounds like a high ankle sprain? Although this says it's typically on the outside-front of the ankle...
