Subject: RE: compression vs. regular Basically the compression stuff will be tighter and tend to have some elastic type material support around the major muscle groups and through the core area mostly in tri stuff, lower back support, glutes,quads, tri suits in peticular won't have much differance in the upper body at all over non compression stuff, most of the support is thru the core. I use a lot of CWX and 2XU compression stuff and really like it, especially when running distances. IT is supposed to reduce muscle fatigue does it work well who knows...???
